ENTERPRISE EMPLOYMENT RATE

The enterprise employment rate measures the ratio of the people employed by enterprises within the state compared to the size of its population. This indicates the effectives of enterprises in creating jobs for the local population. In cases where the rate is close to or above 100% may indicate that a significant amount of people employed by enterprises reside outside of the state itself.
